About the Program:
The Healthy Running Program is a 6-Week Fitness Challenge designed to motivate, educate, and empower you to take control of your running, strength training, and injury prevention routine. Supplementing your running with functional movement is a proven way to boost running performance, reduce aches and pains, decrease recovery time needed between runs, and address any problematic areas that may be limiting performance. This program will put you in a better position to achieve better results in 2020! Oh yeah, not to mention you can win tons of cool prizes along the way.

The 6-Week Challenge starts on Monday, November 11th and has a 5pm and 6pm option. Cost for this program is $199.99 (a $599.99 value).
The Program Includes:
  • (1) Running-Specific Evaluation​ - Find your baseline and identify problem areas with this 1-on-1 running analysis and movement assessment.
  • Individualized Corrective Program ​- Based on the evaluation, you will receive an individualized corrective program to improve your running form and stay injury-free.
  • (6) Group Training Sessions - The group will meet every Monday night from November 11th to December 16th for a group strength and injury prevention session. Two session times are offered: 5pm and 6pm. All sessions are held at Motiv-8 Fitness in West Bloomfield, MI (Click here for directions).
  • Weekly Supplemental Home/Gym Strength Training Program - Receive a detailed and easy to follow program that outlines what strength training exercises to complete on your own.
  • Follow-Up Testing - See how you have improved over the 6-weeks with follow-up performance testing.
  • Private Facebook Group - Join the private Facebook community that is only accessible to those in the 6-week challenge. This is a way to stay accountable, learn additional strategies that will make you a better runner, and ask specific questions.
  • Weekly Accountability - Achieve points each week by completing assigned tasks, such as: attend the weekly group session, strength train additional days on your own, complete your corrective program, stay hydrated, etc. The weekly check-ins will be used to determine the overall winner of the challenge.
  • Prizes and Giveaways - Win the grand prize for accumulating the most points and being consistent throughout the 6-week challenge. There will also be smaller challenges and giveaways mixed in on certain weeks.
