The 6-Week Challenge consists of 3 small group options starting the week of January 13th, 2020:
1. Monday - 6:30pm
2. Wednesday - 5:30pm
3. Wednesday - 6:30pm
There are only 4 spots available in each session time. This will keep the group size small and as individualized as possible so you receive the feedback needed to see great results.
