The Healthy Running Program is a 6-Week Fitness Challenge designed to motivate, educate, and empower you to take control of your strength training and injury prevention routine. Supplementing your running with functional movement is a proven way to boost running performance, reduce aches and pains, decrease recovery time needed between runs, and address any problematic areas that may be limiting performance.
